В статье представлено описание клинической картины и причин развития инволюционного психоорганического синдрома, основной особенностью которого является ухудшение адаптационных способностей человека на фоне когнитивного снижения, нарушения памяти и эмоционально-волевой сферы. Приведены данные исследований, подтверждающие эффективность холина альфосцерата (Церетон®) у пациентов с энцефалопатией различного генеза. Являясь холиномиметиком центрального действия, Церетон® усиливает метаболические процессы и активирует структуры ретикулярной формации головного мозга, оказывая профилактическое и корректирующее действие на факторы инволюционного психоорганического синдрома.

Headache is among the most frequent symptoms persisting or newly developing after coronavirus disease 20The article describes the clinical picture and the causes of the development of the involutional psychoorganic syndrome, the main feature of which is the deterioration of human adaptive abilities against the background of cognitive decline, memory impairment and emotional-volitional sphere. The data of studies confirming the effectiveness of choline alfoscerate (Cereton®) in patients with encephalopathy of various genesis are presented. Being a cholinomimetic of central action, Cereton® enhances metabolic processes and activates the structures of the reticular formation of the brain, providing a preventive and corrective effect on the factors of the involutional psycho-organic syndrome.
