В статье представлен обзор современных данных о высокой коморбидности синдрома дефицита внимания и гиперактивности (СДВГ) и расстройств пищевого поведения (РПП). Рассматриваются общие нейробиологические и психопатологические механизмы, такие как дисфункция системы вознаграждения, импульсивность и эмоциональная дисрегуляция. Особое внимание уделяется клиническим особенностям коморбидного течения, специфике связи СДВГ с различными типами РПП.

Eating disorders in attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder: from impulsivity to eating disorder

This article presents a review of current data on the high comorbidity of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and eating disorders (EDs). Common neurobiological and psychopathological mechanisms, such as reward system dysfunction, impulsivity, and emotional dysregulation, are examined. Particular attention is given to the clinical features of comorbidity and the specific relationship between ADHD and various types of eating disorders.
