Некоторые нейробиологические механизмы психических расстройств и терапевтических эффектов психофармакотерапии

При многих психических расстройствах обнаруживается нарушение функции лимбической системы, в частности гиппокампа. Включение в схему лечения препаратов, улучшающих структурно-функциональные свойства гиппокампа, повышает эффективность лечения. В статье рассматривается такой случай.

In many mental disorders, there is a violation of the function of the limbic system, in particular the hippocampus. The inclusion in the treatment regimen of drugs that improve the structural and functional properties of the hippocampus increases the effectiveness of treatment. The article discusses such a case.
